Shots Alive — Terms of use
Draft — needs review by a lawyer. Version 2026-10-23.
- Who can use it. Shots Alive is for adults (18+, or the age of majority where you live) who use it with their own children or children in their care. You are responsible for the account and for what you upload.
- What you upload. Upload only photos of creations you or your child made: no people, no faces, nothing that belongs to someone else. We may stop a cartoon or close an account that breaks this.
- AI-made content. Cartoons are made automatically by AI services (listed in the privacy policy). Results vary, can look odd and are checked automatically for safety but not by a person before you see them. Use Report on any cartoon that looks wrong or inappropriate.
- Your cartoons. You keep the rights you have in your child's creation. You give us the licence we need to store it, process it with the listed AI services and show the cartoon to you and to people you share it with. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
- Sharing. A private family link works for anyone who has it until you stop sharing. You are responsible for whom you share cartoons with.
- Free cartoons and plans. The free cartoon is shorter and carries a watermark. Paid plans, prices, renewal and cancellation are shown before purchase and handled by the store you buy through.
- Availability. We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
- Ending. You can delete the account at any time in For parents → Delete everything. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
- Changes and contact. We will tell you in the app about material changes. Questions: [support email]. Governing law: [jurisdiction].
